Zephyr Mountain Lodge is Winter Park Resorts' ski in ski out base lodging, just 110 feet from the gondola. These one, two, and three-bedroom condos are fully equipped with a wide range of amenities for you to choose from, including full kitchens, gas fireplaces, slopeside or mountainside views, and more. Enjoy the convenience of remote check-in, plus the assurance of extended time between reservations and enhanced cleaning. Zephyr Mountain Lodge Parking
If you booked at Zephyr Mountain Lodge underground parking is available at $23/night. You can pre purchase your parking at www.winterparkresort.com/zparking. You will need your room key and QR code to access the garage. If you plan to arrive prior to check-in please let the Front Desk know you are requesting early access to the garage by texting us at (844) 828-0060.
Winter 2024 / 25 Lodging Cancellation Policy
Winter reservations (November 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025)
Deposit Policy:
Reservations booked 22 days or more in advance of arrival date, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment.
For arrivals 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Travel Protection premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. Policies in effect at time of booking apply.
Cancel Policy:
Reservations cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Reservations made within 21 days of arrival may be cancelled within 24hours of creating the reservation without penalty. Reservations canceled within 21 days of arrival and outside of 24 hours from the time the reservation was created are non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Travel Protection premiums are non-refundable once paid in full.
Should lodging booked be unavailable due to closure of the booked lodging property, the lodging reservation is refundable for unused nights. Travel Protection premium is non-refundable.
