Additional Information
How to book a lesson after purchasing your lesson pack
For guests that have purchases their lesson pack on the website:
- Navigate to https://shop.winterparkresort.com
- Click on the 3 bars in the top right corner of the page
- Click Sign In/Create Account and log into your account
- Click on the 3 bars in the top right corner of the page again
- Click on "Your Account"
- Click on "Vouchers" in the left navigation panel under "My Product Vouchers" click on "Redeem" next to one of the Lesson 5-Pack vouchers listed.
- You will be redirected to a page where you'll need to select your lesson type and date
- Complete the page and proceed to checkout
- Complete this pre-book form to reserve your lesson, date and identify participants
Transferability
Multi-pack lessons are transferable, meaning they can be used by more than 1 person,and can be used on the same date or on multiple days throughout the 25/26 season. Lesson packs valid on group lessons only. Unused lesson packs will not be refunded or transferred to the following season.
Lift tickets and rentals
Discounted add-on lift tickets are available to lesson participants during the lesson voucher redemption process . Rentals are not included with lessons. Kids Ski Free deal does not apply to Kids Flex Lesson 5-Pack.
Start time & meeting place
Kids lessons will meet at 9am and run from 9:15am to 3pm.
Adult morning lessons meet at 9am and run from 9:15am to 12:15pm.
Adult afternoon lessons will meet at 12:45pm and run from 1pm and end at 4pm.
Adult lessons meet on snow between the Arrow and Gemini lifts located at the Winter Park base.
Kids lessons will meet at Sorenson Park, located at the Winter Park base.

Lunch
Lunch will be provided for Kids Full Day Group Lessons only.
Flaik GPS
Every child in Ski + Ride School will be equipped with a GPS unit. At the end of the day instructors will hand out a Flaik code to parents and kids who can then go online to flaik.com to track vertical feet and map runs. Type in your child’s code, the date, and hit the “Relive your day” button.
Medication
Instructors can carry any medication/epi-pens in a specially marked pack with a form filled out by parents with specifics about the medication. Instructors cannot administer any medication but will call Ski Patrol if the Child cannot administer it.

Cancel Policy
If you have booked lessons and need to request a date change or cancellation please call 970-726-1563 or email us at kprograms@winterparkresort.com. Unused lessons cannot be transferred to a future season nor can they be refunded or credited.
Learn to ski guarantee
- Take three beginner lessons in one season. If you’re not confidently skiing green runs by the end, your fourth lesson is free.
