For stays through February 17, 2025 or later: The Fraser Crossing Founders Pointe common area amenity decks with access to grills and hot tubs are closed for renovation at this time. The Founders Pointe hot tub opens on February 7, t the Fraser Crossing amenities anticipated opening is February 14. Guests staying at Fraser Crossing can use the Founders Pointe amenities.

Fraser Crossing or Founders Pointe Parking

After booking lodging, the Front Desk will be in touch with you via text the day of arrival to provide your parking pass and garage access. There is a $21/night fee for the underground parking in these properties. You will be charged at check-out for your parking with the credit card you provide at check-in. Winter 2024 / 25 Lodging Cancellation Policy

Winter reservations (November 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025)
Deposit Policy:
Reservations booked 22 days or more in advance of arrival date, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment.

For arrivals 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Travel Protection premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. Policies in effect at time of booking apply.

Cancel Policy:
Reservations cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Reservations made within 21 days of arrival may be cancelled within 24hours of creating the reservation without penalty. Reservations canceled within 21 days of arrival and outside of 24 hours from the time the reservation was created are non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Travel Protection premiums are non-refundable once paid in full.

Should lodging booked be unavailable due to closure of the booked lodging property, the lodging reservation is refundable for unused nights. Travel Protection premium is non-refundable.
